Request to change student profile information

1. Students line up at the front of the Student Quality Promotion Department.

2. Move the mirror, pay your respects to the teacher and say “Hello”.

3. Students bring revised official documents and clearly write down the first name, last name, identification number and class level in the document.

4. Students receive the form / fill in the details in the change of student profile record form at the Office of the Academic Secretary.

5. Hand over the documents to the teacher with proof of change.

6. Students say thank you.
