Principles of Education Management
A key principle in organizing learning experiences is based on nurturing principles that take into account children’s interests and needs, ensuring balanced development in all areas—emotional, mental, social, and intellectual—by organizing a variety of activities, integrated through play and activities that provide direct experiences through all five senses, appropriate for their age. Early childhood experiences are organized in the form of integrated activities through play, allowing children to gain direct experiences and learn. Training develops small and large muscles, developing physical, emotional, mental, social, and intellectual aspects.

Learning in Chinese and English begins from pre-kindergarten through early childhood year 3. And in the first year of early childhood, it focuses on listening, speaking, and simple communication skills. In the second and third years of early childhood, it focuses on training all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing, taught by native teachers. In the third year of early childhood, children learn about computers by training them to learn about computer equipment, basic usage of computer equipment, equipment maintenance, and program usage skills. Students develop strong physical bodies and practice using large muscles when learning to swim. From the first to third years of early childhood, students at all levels learn aesthetics, including music, practicing the use of small muscles and practicing concentration by learning the keyboard and merodion; art, practicing creativity and imagination, drawing and painting pictures, and Chinese paper folding; dance, practicing learning Chinese and Thai dances; and sports, practicing following the rules and regulations.
